Hmmm. I have not heard of different forms of MSM causing problems like that. Ripe bananas always seem to help me out in situations like that.
: Help! I've had such wonderful results with MSM, however, after changing from tablet form to capsules, I have had terrible diarrhea. Is there anything I can add to my diet or any natural supplement I can take that will alleviate this problem. I cut back from 8 grams a day to 4 grams and still no relief.
