In answer to this and your other post, we have had one or two reports of people not seeing the results that they normally have in the past. I do not know if it is batch-related or not. All batches analyze the same so I do not know if there is another factor involved that varies from batch to batch.
We also hear from the occasional person that switches brands and finds that there is a difference, even though again, they analyze the same. Still another customer claims that granular MSM is far superior to the powder MSM, even though again, they analyze the same.
All that to say, you may want to try another batch, form, or another of our brands to see if you see improved results. We go through MSM quickly so each month would be a different batch for our powder and granular forms. Our capsules would be different batches about every three months for the bulk capsules.
: I've recently been increasing the dose ot lignisul MSM every three days by 1/8 tsp. Usually I notice my fingernails get strong. I've noticed just the opposite. Could I have a bad batch?
: I chose to increase the dose as I have been feeling more pain around the joints of my hands, arms, feet and legs. Recent blood tests show an active RA factor. I'm not feeling any relief with the increase. In fact I'm feeling more sore.
: Not sure what to do or if I mistakenly correlated my RA going into remission with as a result of taking MSM.
: I decided to take MSM for two reasons: pain management (side effect free, in replacement of my many medications) and preservation (if not rejuvenation) of my joints. Not sure if it's doing the job.
