I would stick with the granules as opposed to switching to powder if I were you; Patrick McGean from the Live Blood Study (he posts on here every so often) says that granules are much more effective than powder and capsules. I hate the taste of msm in just water, so I take it with orange juice. Just like you said, there's always some left at the bottom, but what I do is when I've drank almost all of the juice, leave a little bit, and spoon out the remaining msm, being sure to get enough orange juice with it to mask the taste. I don't know if this makes sense, but then I try to just swallow the spoonful without "tasting" it. Try to swallow it without letting your taste buds sense it. Hope this helps.
: I purchased the opti msm granules and have been dissolving the msm and ester-c in juice and drinking it. the problem is, i can only stand to drink up to a teaspoon of msm, and even then half of it ends up stuck to the bottom of my glass. is there a better way to take it? should i pack it into gel caps? if so, would powder be preferable to granules?
