Fast dissolving MSM and palatable taste? The most successful method so far, at least for me:
MSM flakes are spooned into a drinking glass, then lime-flavored sparkling water (inexpensive by the 2-liter bottle) is poured a third to half way up. The MSM dissolves with only a few stirs of the spoon amid a lot of fizzing. Glucosamine granules (if used) take a little longer but still dissolve much faster than in plain water. Fizzing stops when all is dissolved which happens pretty quickly.
Add fruit juice to top it up once all is dissolved.
The sparkling sensation on the tongue lessens the negative of bitterness, making it frankly a little like flavored quinine water. Glucosamine, if used, acts as a sweetener. I have actually grown somewhat fond of the final product.
I suppose one could experiment with soda pop as well, but for myself I cannot abide the sugars and artificial sweeteners.
