Past postings regarding gout indicate that eating black cherries or very rare beef will help and to avoid nightshade vegetables like tomatoes, peppers, and potatoes. While MSM may help relieve the pain of an attack, I don't believe it will cure or prevent attacks.
: My mother-in-law has the most terrible gout in her fingers and toes, they are constantly being operated on, but no one has told her of a way to stop this from coming back. Any suggestions?
