It did help me by getting rid of a small patch of eczema or psoriasis (I'm not sure which it was) after several months of internal use. It may be better to use MSM both internally and externally as a lotion if trying to address that problem.
: Does anyone have any information on the effect of MSM on chronic ezcema? I developed it 6 months ago and it continues to get progressively worse in spite of treatment.
