You should supplement with magnesium if you are taking the powder and the least expensive capsules that we have available. All of the other capsules that we offer should have sufficient magnesium.
: Kerry, I was not aware that we had to take an extra supplement of Magnesium when we are on Coral Calcium??? Is that not in the Coral Calcium capsule? Should we take more then what is?
