Kerry, I was not aware that we had to take an extra supplement of Magnesium when we are on Coral Calcium??? Is that not in the Coral Calcium capsule? Should we take more then what is?

: My wife and I have both switched to your Coral Calcium Powder in the 1 lb. tubs. I am wondering if the 7 mg. of Magnesium is sufficient for the 375 mg. of Calcium in each 1/4 tsp. Along with this we also take a suppliment containing another 100 mg. of Magnesium. TIA, Don
