According to what we have heard, it really should be a 2 to 1 ratio of calcium to magnesium, so you would not quite be there with the 107 mg of magnesium that you are taking now. Taking an extra 100 mg every other day would be about right.
: My wife and I have both switched to your Coral Calcium Powder in the 1 lb. tubs. I am wondering if the 7 mg. of Magnesium is sufficient for the 375 mg. of Calcium in each 1/4 tsp. Along with this we also take a suppliment containing another 100 mg. of Magnesium. TIA, Don
