Hi all. I am new to this site. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome as a result of chronic epstein barr virus syndrome. I am currently taking the Mannatech products and I am still having quite a bit pain. Someone suggested that I try MSM and picked some up for me at the health food store. It's a bag of white powder and it says... 1/2 TSP = 2.6 GRAMS MSM. There were no directions as to how I should take it. So my question is, can someone help me and tell me how much of this can I take without overdosing? Thanks for any help anyone can assist me with on this. You are welcome to email me.
