I am not aware of any problem with taking MSM along with any other supplement. In fact, I mix it with other supplements and have never had any problems or loss of effectivity.
: I have been taking msm disolved in water in divided doses everyday for a year or two now. I just recently added a magnesium oxide powder to my supplement regime. Is it ok to mix both msm and magnesium oxide together in water at the same time? Is there any contraindication, competition for absorbtion or any other negative factors to mixing them together? Thanks.
