I have been taking msm disolved in water in divided doses everyday for a year or two now. I just recently added a magnesium oxide powder to my supplement regime. Is it ok to mix both msm and magnesium oxide together in water at the same time? Is there any contraindication, competition for absorbtion or any other negative factors to mixing them together? Thanks.
