I am somewhat perplexed as well. By now and with the amount that you are taking, I would think you would be noticing something. You didn't say what you were wanting the MSM to address, but I would think at the very least you would be experiencing more energy, lessening of allergy symptoms (if you had any), and possibly some minor differences in skin and hair. Sometimes the results can seem so slow that you really don't notice them until a few months later you suddenly realize, "Hey, I used to have a problem with whatever, and I don't anymore." And the whatever could be almost anything from muscle ticks, to cold sores, to heart palpitations, etc. Other people experience slow but steady pain relief and don't realize how much the MSM is helping until they forget to take it for a few days--then they realize that it really was helping quite a bit.

I have always felt that regular vitamin C works as well as Ester-C for those that don't have any problems taking it, but I do have some people that insist the Ester-C is better, so it may not hurt to at least try it. If you do try it, and get different results because of it, please let us know so we can let others know about it.

: after 3 weeks with slow increases of MSM I was sleeping better than ever and feeling great. Then the flu symtoms hit me and I backed off on the MSM. Now it has been 3 months my daily dose is up to MSM 2tsp with 1500 mg reg vit.C two times a day. I have not seen any benefits for some time now. My husband is having similar results. What are we doing wrong? not enough vit. C, do we need to use the ester C and not reg. vit. C?......Help
