Yes, most people do take MSM with just water--it tastes a little like unsweetened iced tea. Using it both internally and topically will provide you with the best results. You can make your own lotion or add the MSM to your favorite lotion (you will probably want to dissolve it in a small amount of water first and then stir that into the lotion). By the way, if using the gel on your face, you may want to switch to our facial gel which is milder.

: Hello: I have ordered MSM (white glop) from this website. I was not sure how much it really helped, but it seemed to keep my face calm (I began experiencing some type of acne rosacea, and have developed another skin condition possibly folliculitis, which also causes 'brown spots'). I used to have absolutely flawless skin (people would stare), so I am really looking for help with so many diseases. I also have back pain. Can MSM help if I take it internally (you mention with water?). I do not drink other liquids other than water (often soda water); If we order MSM in powder can the same powder be applied topicall as the powder they suggest mixing with your own lotion? Can people do both? Are these two methods of application (internal and topical) used with the same MSM product??? Thanks.
