Hello: I have ordered MSM (white glop) from this website. I was not sure how much it really helped, but it seemed to keep my face calm (I began experiencing some type of acne rosacea, and have developed another skin condition possibly folliculitis, which also causes 'brown spots'). I used to have absolutely flawless skin (people would stare), so I am really looking for help with so many diseases. I also have back pain. Can MSM help if I take it internally (you mention with water?). I do not drink other liquids other than water (often soda water); If we order MSM in powder can the same powder be applied topicall as the powder they suggest mixing with your own lotion? Can people do both? Are these two methods of application (internal and topical) used with the same MSM product??? Thanks.
