Hi Kerry,
I need your help! I have been on MSM for about a month or so, and at first I started with 1 pill a day (1000 mg), then increasing it to 2 and now I'm up to 4 a day. My question is at first I had flu like symptoms, now I have a terrible headache for a straight week and a half. It feels so bad I have to lye down awhile during the day. Today I took no MSM and I still have one. What should I do, decrease the MSM, I must admit that I am not drinking the amount of water I should be, what would you recommend?
