: I don't know how you would test for purity unless the person selling it certifies it. Ours always certifies to 99.9% pure or better. I had not heard about the taste versus body pH influence. I just thought some people felt it tasted really bad while others don't mind so much. You definitely "get used to it" after a while where it doesn't bother you as much. :

I red in a finnish article about some therapist testing his patients first with msm-water to see the pH-lvl (->if bitter, bad), then doublechecked with a biocom device, and that's where he got the theory of taste getting better when pH is in right lvl. Too bad theres no mention who was that therapeut and where was the txt taken from.
I found msm to taste hardly anything (yes, my shipment came today!), but I blended only half teaspoon in a large teamug full of water.
The msm I ordered was originally made in Sweden, it says 99,45% pure msm and rest is water. ..I also red that one can test the purity by watching will the powder sink easily in water. Anything added up should float. donno how accurate that is. Maybe some of you could test it with different products? ..I think I got the real thing, cause now I fully understand why here's a post about having trouble to measure the stuff: it is like snow :)

: It was't until that incident that she actually went to see a doctor for the fainting and he diagnosed hypoglycemia. He told her to eat a lot of protein. She went on a high protein diet, and that stopped the fainting. She eats meat not only at meals but for snacks, too. And she eats about every three hours or so. Maybe this could work for you? And make sure you get enough electrolytes, too. :

I actually do all that allready :) ..though I don't eat meat on every snack (that can't be healthy, can it??) but yet daily still, and I have long time ago balanced my diet to have it all: vegetables, meat, fullgrain products, fruits, dairyproducts (ohh I Love cheese..).. and yes, food every 3 to 4 hours - lots of it. All this helps the symptoms somewhat, but doesn't make them go away. Sometimes they just get really bad, no matter what.
..Another thing is: my blood is great! It has it all, no problems! And God knows I have been tested..
So why am I feeling daily weak, dizzy, anxious, confused, headaches, cold sweat, sleeping problems and every other single one of the known symptoms of low bloodsugar??
I think.. It might just be the lack of sulfur, badly working cells and hard cell-walls.
Well, lets try some msm, shall we :)
ps. mind my spelling and grammar, still learning english..
