Hi everybody.
I was suprised to find this big forum about msm, I found about it myself just a week ago and have been searching info about it trough the internet daily. Today I ordered my first msm from a local independent dealer (Finland) and should get it in few days.
My main reason to try it is because I suffer a pretty nasty case of hypoglycemia (low sugar), which has made me faint couple times and all other lesser symptoms almost daily. Doctors seem to be completely helpless with it. I also suffer from insomnia, which is either due that bloodsugar problem or some other reason. I hope msm will help that too. Every other mentioned little advance it might bring is certainly welcome and I know lot of ppl that will need msm if it really works even half as good I've red. Now I'm preparing to handle the detox effects and concern myself only few last questions:
What is the size of the teaspoon you use? I find it odd that full (levelled?) spoon should hold 8g in it?! ..the measures tend to vary from where you are. We here use a teaspoon size about 5ml.
Since seems that msm is getting really popular, I've allready red couple warnings about watching the purity of the product you buy. So how on earth will I know is it pure or not? Any advice on this is wellcome. ..oh and I ordered my msm in powder form.
..I also heard the taste will get better since msm will get your PH back to right levels, and if you find the taste bad at first it marks that you surely need it. Donno if this is true.
