I just thought I'd share my MSM success story. I've been taking MSM for over a year now. Initially, I began taking it for lower back pain. After about a month, the pain was gone and I haven't had sciatic nerve pain either. I used to have both at least once per month. I've also had other "side effects" from taking MSM. All my life I've had dry, scaly hands that would itch, crack, and peel constantly. Before MSM, I had tried many other-the-counter and prescription lotions to try to heal my hands. I wasn't aware at the time that MSM might also help my hands, but I noticed significant improvement within a week of taking MSM. Ever since, my hands have been perfect even during the winter. In fact, my skin looks much better in general since I began taking MSM. I have also elimated my hayfever and sinus allergies. I'm 30 years old and before taking MSM, I would get heartburn at least 2-3 times per week. Ever since taking MSM, I've only had one case of heartburn (I forgot to take my supply with me on a trip over a long weekend). MSM solved all 4 of these very bothersome problems for me. I refuse to live without it.
