Our supply of Ester-C tablets is dwindling quickly and we expect to run out sometime this month. So this is your last chance to get our 500 mg Ester-C tablets before they are gone, apparently for good unless we can convince our supplier to bring them back again.

We do still have a good supply of Ester-C 500 mg capsules, but they are a little more expensive than the tablets. We had quite the experience in February. Becky came down with shingles in her face and eye area. This can be very serious as people have lost their eyesight and hearing due to the nerve damage that shingles can cause.

After being on an antiviral and prednisone for a few days with no apparent slowing of the disease progression, we found a more natural solution which seemed to stop the shingles as well as help ease the pain. The solution revolves strongly on the use of raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar (like Braggs).

The suggested treatment was in three steps: 1) to soak your feet in very warm water with apple cider vinegar added twice a day, 2) to drink 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed in water three times a day, and 3) to dab the lesions twice a day with apple cider vinegar followed by rubbing in a mixture of equal parts coconut oil and aloe vera gel with a little cayenne pepper. All of this really seems to help and Becky is making good recovery progress at this point and is able to do most things again.
