As you may remember, last month I mentioned that I had added a couple of new supplements to my regimen to address some heart palpitation issues, namely glucosamine sulfate 2KCL and magnesium citrate. The heart palpitations did seem to get quite a bit better almost right away, and I noticed something else.

I had been sort of stuck in my weight control efforts at a higher weight than what I had been down to and higher than what I wanted--it seemed to be at a plateau. But almost right away after adding my two additional supplements I noticed a couple of changes. First, I became a bit more regular in the bathroom not that I have a lot of problem in that area, but occasionally when dieting things tend to slow down. But even more importantly, my weight started to fall at rates that were comparable to my best dieting days. It was very encouraging to say the least.

So I looked up magnesium citrate and weight loss on the internet and found some correlation between the two. So maybe my magnesium citrate addition was addressing both of my problems.

We have been indulging in Christmas and New Year's treats and we are just now back to normal around here, so it will be interesting to see if the weight I gained over the past couple of weeks will come right off again, or whether I will encounter yet another weight loss plateau. I will keep you updated.

We found out that the Lignisul shortage was worse than we were told initially. The manufacturer has had a breakdown of their equipment and it has taken some extra time to obtain a replacement part. The estimate now is that the equipment will be repaired around the third week of January and that we can expect our first shipment around the middle of February.

Until then, we do not anticipate any problems with having OptiMSM on hand during that entire time, so if necessary, you may substitute that brand instead. Once we have the Lignisul on its way to us, we will add it back to our website and start taking advance orders for it.
