With the cold weather, now is the time to stock up on
coconut oil. As most of you probably know, we tend to
see leakage problems when shipping coconut oil in
the summer so we try not to ship it during the summer
months.

| Benefits of Fish Oil Supplements |

There was a small study published that shows that
getting your Omega-3 Fatty Acids from supplements
raised blood level Omega-3 serum levels equal to
eating fish. In fact, it was pointed out that our fish
supply is so contaminated with mercury that getting
the Omega-3 from supplements is actually better for
you, although in this particular study blood mercury
levels were not measured.

| Lignisul Capsule Update |

We are nearing the end of our current stock of bulk
1000 mg Lignisul MSM capsules. We won't be getting
any more in for a while. If you are partial to the 1000
mg capsule size and want the reduced price of buying
in bulk bags, then you would want to place your order
very soon.
After they are gone, we will still have the 1000 mg
capsule size in our 250-count bottles. We also still
have a good supply of the 900 mg capsules in bulk
bags.

Update on Price Increases |

|
Shortly after I wrote last month's newsletter, we did
indeed start getting notices of price increases from
our suppliers. In general, Lignisul MSM, Good 'N
Natural, and Rich Lotion have all told us they were
raising their prices.
Lignisul MSM has already gone up in price by 50 cents
a pound or $20.00 per drum. We do still have roughly
a week or so of stock left at the old price, so the new
price will be effective by 2/7/2008 or sooner depending
on how much you collectively buy to avoid the price

Rich has delayed their price increase until March 1
and we still don't have specifics on the amount their
prices will be raised.
Good 'N Natural has
raised their prices by 2.5% across their entire product
line and there may be other individual price increases
besides that depending on the raw materials for each
individual supplement. For now, we will absorb this
2.5% increase, but the individual increases we will
have to pass on as they are implemented.
