Considering the ability to perserve the wealth of information that Kerry (and other users) find useful, your idea sounds great. I just hope Kerry Gibbons feels the same way.
I can see this site becoming larger and larger, only if it had the ability to create a community through the usage of decent message board software. The product is there and works great. I personally feel that the community is the only thing lacking.
