It doesn't make it ineffective, but certainly less effective. In fact if you switch to pure MSM, you should take about half as much of the pure MSM as you were taking and then build back up again.
: Hello, I am new to your message board. I read a lot of the posts concerning hair loss, I have this problem too. My question is, in one of the posts you said do not take MSM that contains magnesium sterate. I just wondered why, is this bad for me or does render the MSM ineffective?
