That's really up to you--if you see continual improvement, then stay at that level until you see no further improvement (I stayed at the higher amount for 4 months or so). If you don't continue to improve beyond what you have already experienced, then go ahead and drop back down to a maintenance level, which again is up to you and how you feel--for most people that's between 4 and 8 capsules a day.
